Presto Map
The Presto Map is where our mystery shoppers can locate nearby Presto and SASSIE mystery shops. Thousands of shoppers look at the Presto Map every day on PrestoMap.com or on our iOS and Android Insta-Shopper apps. This visibility helps our shops get completed quickly. Additionally, we can send notifications and emails to nearby shoppers who can go to your locations to complete mystery shops.
Must Be Nearby
“Must Be Nearby” mode requires that shoppers be within a certain radius of shops before they can fill out the survey. This type of “Geo-Verification” is an excellent fraud prevention device that screens out bad shops before they even get submitted.
Presto Logic (Survey Rules)
Presto Logic allows surveys to intelligently show or hide questions, making for shorter and more accurate surveys. An example can be to only show “Drive Thru” related questions for the locations that have a drive through available.
Shopper Payment
Presto will take care of all of the shopper payment automatically. We pay the shopper in a matter of hours or days in the form of Paypal, Amazon Credit, or a Tango Card. The Tango card can be used at places like Target, Apple.com, Starbucks and 40 other popular retailers.

Self Serve
Stop turning away potential clients because their volume is too small! With Presto Self Serve, you can create your own “Mystery Shop Store Front” that allows these small clients to order their own shops (with minimal to NO work on your part).
- Build Your Store Front: Create the surveys for the shops you want to sell (i.e. Restaurant, Convenience Store, Fast Food) and set your price points for each shop type.
- Customer Places Order: Your self serve customer can edit the surveys, set their locations, and pay via credit card.
- We Pay the Shopper (and You!): Presto pays shoppers and pay you (minus a $5 fee) once the shops are successfully completed.

Prestomap.com: Our Presto Map shows Presto AND SASSIE shops to attract the maximum number of shopper views and it is the home view of our Insta-Shopper app (available for iOS and Android). The map updates in real time as new shops become available, so our shoppers are always checking to find new shops in their area.
Email Blasts: We can email our Presto Insta-Shoppers, shoppers on JobSlinger, and your SASSIE shoppers.
Otter News: This banner on the Presto Map highlight the newest and hottest shops on the Insta-Shops platform.
Presto Facebook: Our popular social media pages are available to advertise your newest Insta-Shop campaigns.

Prevention Measures
Are In Place?
Must Be Nearby Mode: Shoppers must be at the store location before being permitted to fill out their survey
Photo GPS: Most photos include GPS information which allows Presto to compare the photo location to the store location
Photo Receipts: Presto allows receipt photos to be uploaded and examined by your reviewers
Time Stamp: The time of the shop is recorded to verify that the shop was completed at a valid date and time.
Auto-Fraud Detectors: Some of our automated fraud detectors include:
- Finishing a shop too quickly
- Completing two shops that are too far apart (for the time they were completed in)
- Far away from their home location
- Uploading a duplicate photo
- Previously fraudulent shopper
What happens If A Shopper Flakes on A Shop?
Auto-Rescheduling: Once a shop has been abandoned, it immediately goes back on Prestomap.com and is available for another shopper to claim. This eliminates the need for schedulers to re-schedule shops that have been flaked on.
